We are looking for a Commercial Strategy and Performance Analyst to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant master data, making sure that all entries are correct and up-to-date;
- Create and oversee processes that monitor accuracy of records on Salesforce and other Commercial databases;
- Coordinate with various stakeholders both within and outside the Commercial Department (Account Management, Sales, Growth and Marketing, and Finance) to introduce new, and standardize existing processes;
- Work closely with various teams within the Commercial Department to track, monitor, and influence performance indicators of the business through the creation of insightful reports that drive data-driven decisions; and
- Evaluate strategies and scale up adoption of marketing solutions, and campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, and restaurant growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insighting; open to fresh graduate
- Ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in using basic data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, and experience working with business intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI are a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool is a plus
- Structured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, i.e. must be able to liaise well with different teams
- Team player but can work independently
- Required language(s): English and Filipino
